Child & Family Therapy Program (QCYSS)
Mandate/Mission
A child/youth-focused counseling service. We work with children and youth who have been abused, have behavioral difficulties or who are not coping well.
Client Group
Children, youth, and their families who have difficulties with developmental issues, adjustment issues, behaviour problems, issues of family violence and/or sexual assault/abuse.

| Procedure: | hours of operation: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Clients who call the office will be provided with a preliminary telephone assessment of the concern. Referral screening is done at intake time. Appropriate referrals are either given an appointment or put on a wait list. |

- parent education group
- parent training and/or support around issues of family violence and/or sexual assault/abuse
- direct office-based individual/family therapeutic support
