CCATEC responds to the training needs of First Nations communities in the Cariboo Chilcotin and acts as a resource for information regarding funding, training, and employment.

Services
- One on one support and employment counseling
- Referring individuals for training and education as necessary
- Assistance with on the job training when appropriate
- Assisting Aboriginal individuals who are having difficulty entering and remaining in the workforce
- Assisting individuals to identify and overcome employment barriers
- Assisting employers to recruit suitable, qualified Aboriginal employees
- Assisting with accessing skill enhancement programs
- Also may assist with resume development, employment referrals, job searches, and career assessments
