Mandate/Mission
The mission of the NCCYC is to assist youth to design, develop, establish, and promote ideas, projects, programs and services that will improve the quality of life of youth in the North Cariboo.

| Procedure: | Facilities are for the use of Youth Centre members. Membership is $15.00/year or 25 cents per use. Employment services and addictions resources are available to all youth (membership not required) and drop-ins are welcome. |
